The Middle Way: Why Awakening Doesn’t Change Your Life (But Changes Everything)

There comes a moment on this path where this teaching begins to land in a completely different way. At first, it can feel almost contradictory, even disappointing, as though all of the seeking, all of the inner work, all of the expansion somehow leads you right back to the same life you started with. You still wake up in the same world, you still move through the same responsibilities, the same rhythms, the same relationships, the same tasks that make up your everyday experience. Nothing appears to have changed, and yet something profound has shifted at a level that is not immediately visible, but deeply felt.

Because awakening was never about leaving your life behind. It was never about escaping the physical world or transcending the human experience in a way that removes you from it. It was never about stepping out of the density altogether. In truth, it draws you more fully into it—but from an entirely different place within yourself. You are still here, still engaged, still participating, but you are no longer experiencing life from the same level of consciousness that once defined your reality.

At the very centre of your being, there exists a point of stillness that most people move around but rarely stabilise within. Ancient traditions have referred to this as the Cave of Brahma—a precise and powerful centre point within the head, the zero-point of your awareness, where the constant movement of thought begins to soften and the identity you have constructed loosens its grip. It is not something you need to create or build or strive toward. It is already there, quietly present beneath the surface of your experience, waiting not to be found, but to be returned to.

When your awareness settles into this centre, something begins to change in the way you relate to everything. The noise of the mind no longer pulls you in the same way. Emotional reactions that once felt overwhelming begin to lose their intensity. You are no longer moving unconsciously through patterns and responses shaped by past experiences and conditioning. Instead, a space opens. A clarity emerges. You begin to observe rather than react, to witness rather than be consumed, and in that space, something becomes available that was not accessible before.

Choice.

From this centre point, your awareness naturally expands outward, forming a coherent field around you, and you begin to move through your life with a level of presence that is both grounded and expansive at the same time. You are still living your life, still engaging with the physical world, still carrying out the same actions, but the internal experience of those actions is entirely different. You are no longer lost in them. You are present within them. You are creating from a place of alignment rather than reacting from fragmentation.

This is where the deeper understanding of the middle way begins to reveal itself. It is not a concept of moderation or compromise, nor is it about simply balancing opposing forces in a superficial sense. The middle way is a living point of coherence, a place within you where the extremes dissolve and something far more stable and powerful emerges. It is the point where you are no longer pulled into the density of the material world, nor drifting away into spiritual abstraction. It is where both aspects of your existence—your physical experience and your connection to source—meet and move together in harmony.

To become consumed by the physical is to forget the deeper truth of who you are. To reject the physical in pursuit of transcendence is to deny the very reason you are here. Neither path leads to mastery. The middle way is the space where you are fully present in your human experience while remaining deeply connected to the source of your awareness. It is here, in this centre point, that true creation takes place—not through effort or force, but through alignment.

And so the teaching becomes clear in a way that cannot be grasped intellectually, but must be felt through direct experience. Before awakening, you move through your life unconsciously, driven by patterns, reactions, and conditioned responses that operate beneath your awareness. After awakening, your life may look exactly the same on the surface, but you are no longer moving through it in the same way. You are anchored. You are aware. You are present within each moment, rather than being carried by it.

You still chop wood. You still carry water. But you are no longer the same within it.

This is where many people lose their way on the path, because the focus often remains on reaching expanded states, peak experiences, or moments of connection that feel profound and transformative. And while these moments can open the door, they are not the destination. They come and they go. The real work, the deeper work, is in stabilising your awareness in that centre point and learning how to remain there as life continues to unfold around you.

This is embodiment.

It is the ability to stay anchored in your centre regardless of what is happening externally. To move through challenge without being destabilised. To engage with life fully without becoming entangled in it. To hold your awareness steady as you navigate the very real, very human aspects of your experience. It is not about stepping away from life, but about learning how to live it from a place of clarity, presence, and alignment.

This is the foundation of Avatar Consciousness. Not awakening as an abstract idea, but awakening as a lived reality. It is the process of accessing that centre point within you, the Cave of Brahma, and learning how to stabilise your awareness there so that you can move through your life with intention, precision, and a deep sense of inner knowing. It is the embodiment of the middle way, where spirit and matter are no longer experienced as separate, but as integrated aspects of a unified experience.

If something in this resonates with you, it is not because it is new. It is because it is familiar. You have touched this space before, perhaps in moments of stillness, in flashes of clarity, in experiences where everything seemed to align, even if only briefly. Those moments were not accidental. They were glimpses of what is always available to you.

The work is not to find this centre. It is already within you.

The work is to return to it. To trust it. To intentionally activate and stabilise within it. And to begin living your life from that place, moment by moment, breath by breath, as everything else continues exactly as it is.

You will still chop wood.
You will still carry water.

But you will no longer be the same within it.

From Awakening to Embodiment: The Energy of 2026

There is something important to understand about the energy of 2026, though it may not be what most people expect when they hear phrases like new beginnings or fresh starts. It isn’t arriving with excitement or reassurance, and it doesn’t carry the kind of forward momentum we often associate with starting something new. Instead, it carries a quieter quality, one that asks us to pause and feel rather than rush ahead.

From a numerological perspective, 2026 is a 1 Universal Year, marking the beginning of a new nine-year cycle. While one years are often spoken about as beginnings, they are not motivational in nature. They don’t arrive to inspire or encourage in the usual sense. They arrive as initiation, and initiation has a very particular feel to it. Rather than asking whether we feel ready or prepared, initiation simply brings us into contact with where we stand right now, and how honestly we are willing to meet ourselves in this moment. Energetically, a one year brings an end to collective coasting. It softens the buffer of later—that familiar sense that there is still time to wait and see how things unfold before we decide who we are going to be. In doing so, responsibility returns to the individual, not as something heavy or imposed, but as a natural consequence of awareness coming home.

Within the arc of a nine-year cycle, this is the point where the field begins to make itself felt more clearly, where waiting gradually loses its usefulness and choice becomes harder to avoid. There is often a quiet realisation that standing back and observing indefinitely is no longer possible, and that something within us is being asked to step forward, gently but unmistakably. This is why the energy of 2026 feels different. It may feel quieter in some ways, yet more insistent once you begin to feel into it. There is less chaos pushing growth from the outside, less noise doing the waking-up for us, and instead a more subtle pressure that draws attention inward, inviting deeper questions to surface naturally.

Questions about who we are actually being beneath the roles we play, where we are sourcing our sense of power and stability from, and whether we are truly participating in our lives or still holding ourselves slightly at a distance.

Many people are noticing a sense of unsettledness without being able to name exactly why. Others are finding that consuming endless information no longer satisfies in the way it once did, or that familiar narratives no longer provide the same sense of meaning or orientation. This isn’t confusion, and it isn’t something that needs fixing. It’s a recalibration, a natural response to an inner shift already underway.

A one year has a way of collapsing the delegation of agency, and this particular one is not arriving in isolation. It is unfolding within a much larger astrological reconfiguration that has been building for some time. One of the most significant of these shifts is Pluto’s movement through Aquarius, which is quietly and persistently dismantling externalised authority, not only in the systems around us, but within our own inner landscapes as well. This isn’t about rebellion or opposing structures. It’s about internal sovereignty, and the gradual return of power to the individual.

Pluto doesn’t shout or demand attention. It works slowly, applying pressure until what is no longer true can’t quite hold its shape. Under this influence, dependency on leaders, saviours, systems, and future events begins to soften and reveal itself, not to shame us, but to gently return power to where it has always belonged—within the individual nervous system, psyche, and lived awareness. This is why certain things begin to lose their charge. Narratives centred around waiting for disclosure may no longer land in the same way they once did. Outrage can feel harder to sustain. Spectacle may start to feel hollow. Not because truth no longer matters, but because waiting itself is no longer an initiatory path. For many years, it was possible to hold a sense of purpose in what was going to happen next—the next revelation, the next turning point, the next moment that promised resolution somewhere ahead. That energetic scaffolding is dissolving now. The astrology of 2026 supports something far more grounded: lived coherence, nervous-system regulation, presence, and conscious choice. It does not support dissociation masked as spirituality, or awareness that never quite settles into the body.

This also helps explain why the energy can feel quieter. Fewer external events are doing the waking-up for us, and much of the work has moved inward. Initiation has become subtle, personal, and, in many ways, unavoidable. Instead of being asked to keep our attention fixed on what is happening in the world, the field seems to be asking something far more intimate and mature.

How are we living what we already know?

There was a time when awakening came through shock, exposure, revelation, and disruption, and that phase served an important purpose. What we are moving into now is different. Awakening is no longer driven by what is revealed, but by how fully we are willing to embody what has already been revealed in our own lives. This is why so many people feel tired of content, disinterested in endless analysis, and quietly drawn toward spaces and practices that support doing the work rather than talking about it. It is also why some feel lost, as long-held external reference points begin to fall away.

For this community in particular, the invitation is simple, even if it isn’t always easy. Awareness without embodiment no longer creates movement. At its heart, the energetic shift of 2026 is an invitation to integrate, to stabilise awareness, and to live what we already know. This is why inner work becomes increasingly important, why nervous-system mastery matters, and why co-creation slowly begins to replace anticipation. The way forward no longer seems to lie somewhere ahead in time. It is something that unfolds inwardly, in the present moment, through the choices we make and the way we meet ourselves.

2026 is the year where consciousness stops watching itself wake up and begins living from what it already knows.

This is the initiation we are stepping into now, and for many, it has already quietly begun.

From my perspective, Avatar Consciousness is committing to the intention of innerstanding to the deepest possible extent, the evolutionary process of ourselves, our solar system, our galaxy and our universe, in this grand experiment we find ourselves in. Avatar Consciousness recognizes the universe, the solar system and we (humanity) are all expressions of the one, we are all made of the same stuff, & that through quantum entanglement we as individuated souls can influence how things unfold on our planet & in our universe in both the physical & spiritual realms. Avatar Consciousness is innerstanding & embodiment of the laws of the universe & of the laws of the manifestation of matter we all carry within. It is the innerstanding that the chaos we are witnessing unfold on our planet at this time, is a physical manifestation of the chaos individual souls are feeling at a collective level. From this space, Avatar Consciousness represents the commitment & intention to offset these chaotic energies through all means possible—physical & spiritual—while committing fully to our own soul evolution journey.

Spiritual integrity takes precedence over physical integrity which in many cases has succumbed to the limited belief systems of others. We are the system breakers. 

Our missions are multi-faceted. We are here combining the missions of escalating our own soul evolution journeys, of dissolving this inverted matrix in a spiritual & physical sense, of creating our new earth & of being the bridge between 3D & the higher dimensions for others to ascend across. Handing our journeys over to our higher self is an essential ingredient for all aspects of our mission. Our higher self has access to so much more universal data then we can see from here & much like a Kaleidoscope, energy will move matter around to align situations to put us on certain grid-points or take certain actions at specific moments in time. My recent & unexpected trip to Egypt is an example of this—as is my trip to Israel in a few months. These are no small feats when traveling from NZ & with currency cross rate influences. By handing over to my higher self to make these trips possible, & taking the action steps guided, the 'way' is facilitated by my higher light team. The key is staying out of the way to allow the wisdom to come through, and then to action the impulses. We must take the actions based on the impulses we are given. The more we hand over, the more guidance we will be given, and the more we Alchemise physical matter, gifting ourselves the support required for our mission work & our daily lives. These impulses may be physical in nature, or reoccurring feelings and or the presence of incredible & sometimes magical synchronizities. The more we hand over to and take action on this higher guidance, the more magical it all becomes and the more proficient we become with it all. 

And so it is that for more than a decade I have been involved in disclosure & ascension work—and so it is that 11 of the last 13 years I have found myself on this spectacular grid-point during the Sirius Lionsgate stargate. Mt Ruapehu is a live volcano. I knew a beautiful & perfect ski day would manifest if this is where I was meant to be. Lake Taupo was our second location & under it is a massive volcano, apparently big enough to create a pole shift should she blow. Our higher self will always give us signs of validation. A significant sign this trip was our room numbers 316 in the first location & 613 in the second. A clear reminder of as above, so below and the cosmic mirror. These were validations from the universe of the significance of these grid-points in relation to the geographical shifts our planet is moving through at this time. And so it is that I set intentions of being mindful of these volcanoes in relation to universal energies as I moved my light column around these grid-points, without the need to innerstand exactly how my light column is being used by higher forces. In this mission work, which has taken me all around the world, I am guided to not seek that innerstanding beyond what I know, as this would create limitation, as words cannot fully portray this mission work. 

Ascension at this time centres around the ability to make our own choices using our own intellect, and in those choices to choose between the the e-motions—energy in motion—of love or fear, for all other feelings and behaviours fall out of one or other of these e-motions. We have been gifted a fully individuated ego to allow our souls the full expression of this freedom of choice, using our individuated intellect, which—depending on the choices we make—give us an incredible opportunity for soul evolution . Over eons of evolutionary periods, we have been gifted the expression of full separation & independence from the one, to allow the full experience of conscious choices as individual beings with individual intellect, rather than the cosmic spiritual intelligence we were naturally bound to before this stage of the devolutionary / evolutionary round. I am speaking to very long periods of evolutionary time in making these comments, and each stage of the devolutionary / evolutionary period has its own mission. The Cosmos of Strength and the Cosmos of Wisdom preceded our current earth evolution and our mission - the Earths mission - is to add love, unconditional love in all its glory - and we are only at the beginning of this process. What must come about on our planet is spiritual development and this is why all our frontline spiritual warriors refer to Christ. This has nothing to do with religious dogma, and everything to do with the impluses running through our planet at this time. More on this in future blogs. 

We are here to fully embrace and embody all the gifts that have been bestowed upon to us through great galactic cycles to take humanity and our planet to the next stage of the evolutionary process, but in order to do this we must have a profound innerstanding of the true spiritual nature of who we really are. We are asked to devour the ancient mystery teachings, add to them and take them higher - hold them higher - expanded with our own spiritual wisdom and physical experiences as we choose to embody unconditional love. Our ego is very much part of this evolutionary process. Without ego we would not be here, but we must be self-aware of the lower and higher natures of this ego. Ego evolved so we may experience separateness from the one. Much later, cosmic spiritual intelligence to which humans were naturally bound - devolved to individual soul intelligence, thereby giving the full experience of freedom of choice through intellect.  

So it is no surprise that at this moment in time we are being tested around our personal and spiritual sovereignty. This is all by evolutionary design. We have the ability of making our own individual choices, and in using our own intelligence in making those choices, and in making these choices we are are being asked to reach beyond the intellect, and to ensure we weave the magic of spiritual science and spiritual wisdom throughout these choices. Another way of saying this is - as individual souls we are here to blend the wisdom of the heart as individual beings with the logic of the thinking mind, and hold this up to spiritual science in all the choices we make. We have just witnessed many souls give over both their independence & their intellect to others in making certain choices. More choice points will manifest on these souls journeys to give them another opportunity to realign, but certainly the innerstanding of the impulses that were and are in play in their decision making would be very beneficial to these and in fact all souls. These are big issues I have touched on here, and will be expanded upon in future blogs and on Retreats. 

When we become proficient with blending the energies of the wisdom of the heart and the logic of the mind, this becomes our new operating systems. And we are here to work within the 3D space, & within this 3D space we must apply logic & wisdom to the mission work, which we will be guided to. Then to act on these impulses. As always acting on these impulses will always be a matter of free choice. For me this has necessitated not just skipping over the top of issues, but diving deep into all I have been asked to action, thereby blending the wisdom of the heart with the logical thinking mind—digging deep into ancient mystery teachings - and this is ensuring a much deeper innerstanding of where we are in this cosmic moment in time. 

This is very much the space I work with in all I do, my soul evolutionary work, my disclosure work & my ascension work. Ascension is spiritual science in action. Ascension teachings must be logical, with spiritual science leading the charge. Nature shows us this is so. Nature is our great master teacher. It is cyclic & logical, & thus so is ascension. Nature is a true expression of Spiritual science. Sadly, among the new age community, there is a lot of dis-information around ascension which serves to disempower individual souls from doing the work, and this is something all souls must come to innerstand. As I have said, the chaos the planet is expressing at this time is the manifestation of the chaos people are feeling within, which in turn are being amplified by solar & cosmic energies. Everything happens at the energetic level first, then manifests here on earth. The more souls who choose to prioritize their soul evolution journey & actually do the work—and embody the mystery teachings—the sooner this chaos will settle, as we set & hold the intention for this to be so. 

Avatar Consciousness requires that we awaken to the inverted matrix as part of our journey, to give full context to our soul evolution journey at this cosmic moment in time. This opportunity of soul expression & expansion is only possible because of other evolutionary incarnations which have gifted us becoming fully separated souls out of the oneness, and more recently gifting us the intellect of a balanced ego—but balanced only through choice—to take us to the next stage of evolution.  This is true spiritual sovereignty. Conscious decision making based in the blending of the energies of the heart & the head. Sadly—and there is no judgment in this comment—what we have recently witnessed are many hardened egos, and many co-dependant souls who unconsciously gave their spiritual & physical power away to others. And the final thing I would like to leave you with is this. There is no such thing as a magic bullet guaranteeing ascension. Like everything else, this is a choice, and soul evolution requires hard work, discipline, commitment, intention & complete self-awareness. What unfolds on our planet going forward will be dependant on the extent with which we ‘spiritualize’ our planet through our commitment to own personal soul evolution work Once we commit to the journey & go deep with gaining the wisdom & embodying all we remember, we become evermore powerful, and as with all things, the more we practice working with our own sacred geometry, the more we become the Alchemist.

The Tree of Life & Your Divine Blueprint

The Tree of Life is not just an ancient symbol drawn on parchment or carved into temples. It is a living, breathing quantum technology — a map of creation itself.

Encoded within this sacred geometry is the blueprint of your soul, the pattern of the cosmos, and the pathway of your ascension. It is as much within you as it is above you.

The Origins of the Tree of Life 

Mystery schools of Egypt, the Essenes, and the Jewish Kabbalah all safeguarded fragments of this wisdom. For millennia, it was hidden, whispered in initiations, passed through symbols and rituals.

Why? Because the Tree of Life is power. It shows us how Source energy flows into form, how spirit becomes matter, and how we as humans can retrace that pathway back into union with the Divine.

The Tree as Quantum Technology 

At its core, the Tree of Life is a holographic pattern. It appears in the macrocosm (galaxies, Earth grids), in the microcosm (your DNA, your energy body), and in the psyche (the structure of thought, soul, and spirit).

We are now in the time when these teachings are surfacing again — not as abstractions, but as lived technology for the planetary shift we are in.

The Four Worlds of Kabbalah

The Tree of Life is not flat. It spans dimensions, described as the Four Worlds:

Atziluth (Emanation): The divine spark, the infinite blueprint before form.

Briah (Creation): The realm of thought and inspiration — the birthplace of vision.

Yetzirah (Formation): The scaffolding of reality — astral and energetic structures behind the physical.

Assiah (Action): The physical world, where vision crystallises into matter.

When you align with these worlds, you learn to manifest not from ego or scarcity, but from Source itself.

To “ascend the Tree” is to retrace the descent of light. We begin at the base — Malkhuth, the realm of physical incarnation — and climb upward through healing, surrender, and remembrance.

• Crossing the abyss of illusion into direct union with the Divine

Each step dissolves distortion and restores integrity to your soul’s blueprint.

Stage One — Awakening

The first stage is often the most disorienting, because it shatters the illusion of the matrix you’ve been living in. Suddenly, the world you thought you knew begins to dissolve — and your soul whispers, there is more.

Awakening can arrive through synchronicities, dreams, moments of déjà vu, or even painful crises that shake you out of the old paradigm. You begin to sense your multidimensional nature, the reality of vibration, the presence of the Unified Field — what mystics have always called “All That Is.”

At this stage, your DNA is stirring with the memory of your galactic lineage. Your heart begins to remember why you came.

Yet with this awakening often comes discomfort. Old beliefs feel hollow. The systems of the world appear inverted, false. You may feel isolated, misunderstood, or lost in the unknown. These are not signs of failure — they are the markers of your soul pulling you into deeper remembrance.

Awakening is the call to step onto the path consciously. It is the moment when the sleeping self stirs, and the journey begins.

Stage Two — Purification

If awakening cracks open the doorway, purification is the work of stepping through it. This is the deep clearing and healing of the density you carry — in this life and across lifetimes.

Here, the core wounds reveal themselves: abandonment, rejection, betrayal, humiliation, and injustice. These are the energetic imprints that shape our fears, our behaviors, and the patterns we repeat. Beyond them lie soul wounds — carried from lifetime to lifetime until they are faced and healed.

Purification is not punishment. It is liberation.

This stage calls you to enter the observer state, to witness your thoughts and emotions without being consumed by them. To see how fear-based beliefs have shaped your reality, and to consciously choose love instead.

It is shadow work. Forgiveness work. The unravelling of trauma, the surrendering of resistance, the dissolving of masks.

And it is essential. Because as long as those densities remain, your light body cannot fully activate. The crystalline structure of your DNA cannot fully awaken.

Purification is the fire that transforms the old, so the new can rise.

Stage Three — Flowering

Beyond the fire of purification lies the flowering of the soul. This is where remembrance becomes embodiment — when you begin to live, breathe, and create from your higher self.

The flowering is a life lived in alignment with your soul contracts, your highest timelines, and your multidimensional truth. It is the moment you shift from ego to soul, from scarcity to abundance, from fear to love.

Here, manifestation becomes intentional. Imagination becomes 5D thought. You no longer create unconsciously from wounded patterns — you consciously co-create with the Universe, guided by love, gratitude, and surrender.

The flowering is not only personal. It is planetary. Each soul that embodies its highest truth contributes to the collective ascension of humanity. As we flower together, we anchor the frequencies of unity, peace, and galactic remembrance.

The Continuum of Ascension

These stages are not a straight line. They are a spiral. You may revisit awakening many times, each time at a deeper octave. Purification may come in waves, and flowering may unfold in layers.

Each cycle activates more of your multidimensional DNA, expands your light body, and brings you into greater soul alignment.
